Two days Wasted (Webmastering Wise)
One of the main problems with being a student webmaster is the student part. It just takes up too much time sometimes. e.g.
On Tuesday I woke up at 6am and went to London on a concert and only got back 1am Wednesday morning so couldn’t check any of my sites, forums or emails which is a big problem because I just put in a few bids on a few sites and also put a few designs up for sale so when I finally got to check on Wednesday morning I had about 50 PM’s and 15 emails to reply to which really sucked because I lost one of my sites that I was hoping to get (outbid last second!).
Wednesday wasn’t any better because there was just too much housework to do, you know, when you are sitting there thinking that it will only take you 30mins and 4 hours later you are still there writing away…
Well now all my homework is done and back to web-mastering (and watching Prison Break later tonight
)
Lets Start off With an Introduction
Well the best way to probably start off a blog is to give an introduction, so here it goes.
Better start from the beginning, my name is Robert Baker. I was born in 1989 in Cape Town and lived there until 1995 (the year South Africa won the Rugby World Cup) when my family moved to England. we moved around a bit and then finally settled in Harpenden (just north of London).
Currently I am in Sixth Form at St Georges School and am studying Chemistry, Computing, Physics and Mathematics . I am hoping to go to Loughborough University in September to study Chemical Engineering MEng with Business, if I get my grades (AAB).
My hobbies are Swimming, playing Badminton, Browsing the Internet, Playing PC games, Web-mastering my sites, My Cats and Programming in PHP.
